About Us

Vinemont Daycare Center opened in 1989 under the ownership of Diane and Buster Corley. Mrs. Corley operated the daycare for over 25 years. In 2015 Amber and Cody Corley purchased the daycare and established the company Vinemont Daycare Center LLC. Mrs. Corley founded the daycare on the principle that all children are special and deserve to be loved. She instilled values and expectations that continue through the new daycare today. The building may change as well as the faces and children but the principle of love will remain forever.

Services

We work hard to provide a caring, nurturing and most importantly fun experience for each child no matter the age. We offer care for babies 3 weeks to children up to 12 years in age.

Childcare Pricing and Schedules

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Weekly rates for childcare are as listed below:

Infant Room (age 6 weeks to 18 months) : $105

Toddler Room (18 months to 2.5 years): $105

Little Movers (2.5 to 3.5 years): $95

Big Movers (3.5 to 4.5 years): $95

Preschool Room (4.5 to 5): $95

School Age Room (Kindergarten to 12 yrs of age): $55 before/after school; $85 during summer break

(Please note, addition charges may be added to school age prices depending on school schedule.)

A Lil' More About Our Staff...

Mrs. Amber Corley is the Owner and Director at Vinemont Daycare Center LLC. She graduated from Athens State University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. She worked at Vinemont Daycare Center for 5 year under the supervision of Mrs. Diane Corley. When the opportunity to purchase the facility became available she knew she had to take it! She loves children and watching them grow intellectually. She could not ask for a more rewarding occupation. She is married to her best friend Cody. They have a beautiful daughter and adorable son. She enjoys spending time with my family, helping out on the family farm, and reading.

Mrs. Amber Corley

Mrs. Priscilla Brown has worked in childcare for 3 years now and currently works in the toddler room. She finds this age to be the most fun. She loves to watch them grown and learn. Mrs. Priscilla is married and has 2 boys, Tyler (16) and Brandon (11). In her free time she loves to spend time with her family and participate in church activities. She knows that God has a purpose for her and each of the little ones in her care.

Mrs. Cierra Woodard has worked in childcare for 5 years. She is married to her best friend and has two little boys, Cole (5) and Wyatt (2). She has worked with many age groups but is currently working in our "Little Movers Room". In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family, riding horses, and has currently taken an interest in barrel racing.

Mrs. Cierra enjoys watching the children learn and grow. She thinks this age is the perfect fun challenge!

Mrs. Jessica Renee Black has worked in childcare for over 12 years and is currently one of our Toddler Room teachers. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 13.5 years. They have 3 wonderful boys; Matthew "Tyler" Black (14), David Lee Black (9), and Corey Lee Black (9). She graduated from Vinemont High School in 2002. She also complete several childcare class at Athens State University from 2004-2006. She absolutely loves her career in childcare and feel she could not see herself doing anything else. She enjoys spending her extra time with her family. She also likes to go shopping, swimming, traveling, and Alabama Football.

Mrs. Kayla Hill has worked with children for over a year. She and her husband of 17 years have 3 children Jack (16), Toby (12) and Laci (10). She loves her job and feels it is very rewarding. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, and watching them grow. She is very involved in their extra curricular activities and she is their number 1 fan.

Mrs. Kayla Hill

Mrs. Amie Shipp has worked in childcare for over 7 years and is currently one of the teachers in our Toddler Room. She has been happily married to her husband Andy for 20 years and together they have 2 sons; Clay (17) and Jay (12). She feels very blessed to work at Vinemont Daycare Center and really loves working with the children. She loves coming to work each day and seeing their tiny faces. She isn't afraid to be silly and goofy to gain a smile and see the children have a blast!

Mrs. Amie Shipp

Mrs. Lauren James has worked in childcare for over a year now as our substitute. She is the best go to when someone is sick or unable to make it to work. Mrs. Lauren is married to her husband Josh. When she is not filling in she loves to travel. She loves children and helping out in any way she can.

Mrs. Angie Marlow has not only worked in childcare but specifically at VDC for 29 years. She is currently our Assistant Director. Mrs. Angie has been married for 34 years and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. As Assistant Director Mrs. Angie helps with financial records, attendance records. the kitchen and meal prep, and the daily management of the center. She truly is a blessing to this facility and this place could not run without her. Mrs. Angie feels childcare is her true calling from God.

Mrs. Alesia Newman has worked in childcare for over 7 years and is currently our Big Movers teacher. She has 2 children; Braxton (1 1/2), and Chase (13). She loves anything outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. She loved being able to watch her classroom kiddos grow and learn new things. She treat each of them as if they were her own and would do anything for them.

Mrs. Alesia Newman

Mrs. Pam Terry has worked in childcare for 6 years. She has bee happily married to her husband James for 31 years. They have two wonderful children Crystal (30) and James (28). They have 6 grandchildren. She loves to hear their laughter and watch their faces light up when goals are achieved. In her spare time she loves to read and relax at home. Mrs. Pam teaches the preschool room and loves it!
